I have less time for packaging work these days, especially for packages
I have no personal or work connection to. Therefore, I am orphaning
decoratortools.
Even though I have some time available at Debconf, I'm orphaning this
now so that the adopter can use the Debconf time instead going forward.
An adopter of this package should probably check whether it would be
possible to RM this package instead by chasing reverse dependencies etc.
