Uhm, the Debian BTS uses English as its only language.

If you want to use kbtin, you can add the following line to
/etc/apt/sources.list:

deb	http://angband.pl/debian sid main

I'll scoop up a few minor changes, do an update and ask once more for a
sponsored upload to Debian proper, but you don't need to wait, just install
it from the repository above for now.
