Bug#406335: secondlife package information

I'll leave the ITP closed for the moment but I am working on secondlife debian and ubuntu packages and I am still distributing them via http://omvviewer.byteme.org.uk

I would kindly ask if anyone else wants to help finish this off that they contact my self, you will also find that I am part of the upstream (offical) snowglobe project, which any packages of secondlife should be based on.

There are still dependencies that need to go into debian to complete this package, currently these are all on my apt repository apt.byeteme.org.uk and are :-

libcurl-cares (libcurl build with openssl cares and --non-blocking option)
boost-coroutines (not an offical part of boost, a summer of code boost prject from a few years bacl)
libllqtwebkit (a library to embed webkit browsers in other applications)
libndofdev (a library for talking to spacenav joysticks)
glh-linear ( a glh header for accessing wrapping some extended opengl functions)
libjsoncpp (a c++ json library)

I have prototype functional packages for all of these files, but all would need further work to be of suitable standard to include in the archive.

The other issue I have is the release rate of secondlife/snowglobe vs the archive update rate. We could end up with massivly out of date secondlife viewers, I know there are backports etc options but it is extra work and something that needs considering.

Anyway, i'm happy to work with anyone else who wants to help get these dependencies in the archive and actually get this in the archive.

Best regards

Robin Cornelius
