valadoc is a program similar to javadoc and others, for providing
in-line API documentation. It is written in vala and available from
the GNOME git repository:

It is unknown whether this package belongs in vala-utils, vala-doc,
or neither. It is not written nor supported by the GNOME development
team or the Vala people.
