Bug#546919: New versions of packages

As pointed by Yaroslaw Halczenko I have run lintian
and removed all warnings.
In my opinion packages are ready for consideration
 - the only block is #581184.

I have also managed to create private repository.
Now anyone using architecture amd64 can add
following lines to /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://www.bogomips.w.tkb.pl . .
deb-src http://www.bogomips.w.tkb.pl . .

(there are two dots separated by space)
then `apt-get update && apt-get install python-pycuda`
and PyCUDA should be installed.
