  Description     : convert nroff manual pages into HTML

 roffit converts manual page from standard and writes to standard
 output. input must be an nroff formatted man page, and the output
 will be an HTML document. Options -mandir and --hrefdir can generate
 nice cross-manpage links. URLs are also automatically converted to
 <a href> links.
