Turpial is an alternative client for Twitter written in Python and aims to be an application with low consumption of resources and the integration to the desktop without sacrificing any functionality. It is inspired by the interface and functionality developed in Adobe's customers, but uses different resources and open source technologies
like GTK, Cairo and Webkit.
