This package contains a squid proxy configuration that is optimized for
downloading deb packages. It defaults to a different cache directory and port
than the regular squid cache.

It's already available in Ubuntu (along with squid-deb-proxy-client built from
the same source), so porting it to Debian would just involve updating
mirror-dstdomain.acl.
