Please follow the “best packaging practices” for any package synopsis
<URL:http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/best-pkging-practices.html#bpp-pkg-synopsis>.
In this case, the synopsis should be a noun phrase; not a complete
sentence, and certainly not two sentences. The synopsis should be
written such that <package-synopsis> can be inserted into a sentence of
the form “<package-name> is a <package-synopsis>.”
I suggest:
clock for the dock in a window manager
