Bug#554770: O: ll-xist

Hi,
I'm orphaning ll-xist as I neither use it nor do I have the time to
maintain it. There is a new upstream version out for some time which
also replaces ll-core (which I'll orphan, too). If I find the time
I'll do a qa upload which handles the transition.
The package is in the python-modules-team repository and I'll be happy
to sponsor it if somebody wants to adopt it.
