Hello,
After more thoroughly review I decided that the software is not yet ready
to be put into Debian. I did some work on the package, so if you want to
put up the work I will share it with you.
I am using it in production environment and it just works for my needs.
However it requires to solve some issues to be acceptable as an official
Debian package.
Of course YMMV and you could tell that the software as is is good enough
to be uploaded. In that case it would be my pleasure to give you my current
work.
BTW, if you decide to take care of this package I would also expect you will
adopt the php-versioncontrol-svn package, which has been packaged only
as a required dependency for svnmanager.
If there would be no people interested in packaging svnmanager I would just
close the bug and request php-versioncontrol-svn to be removed from
repository.
