Bug#529275: Packaging the nusoap PHP lib instead of embedded copies ?

I've adapted it and prepared a git repo containing all that in
http://git.debian.org/?p=users/olberger-guest/nusoap.git;a=tree

I hope you won't mind me putting this Debianization under the GNU GPL
(V3) ?
