Bug#503989: flot for debian

It was not clear to me who the copyright holder was. In a previous
message, you made it clear that it was partly IOLA and partly you,
and that no one else held rights since they were very small changes.

Since you are the only author not willing to update the copyright
information in the file headers, and you have stated that to me,
I'm OK with using the information from your email only.
