Bug#562088: ITP: libxmlezout -- XML EZ_Out is a small set of packages intended to aid the creation of XML-formatted output from within Ada programs.

I wasn't aware of that policy (it is not linked from
<http://www.debian.org/doc/devel-manuals>).  This is just general practice
and might not be right for Ada.
