Bug#561495: ITP: kiconedit -- an icon editor for KDE

Hi, just for the record:

I started to package this program but the package is not finished yet: you can 
find it here:
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-kde/kde-extras/kiconedit/trunk

This program at the moment is dead upstream, anyway I tested it and apparently 
it worked fine, but I recently realized that has some bugs, for instance the 
copy/paste functionality is broken and has also other small issues. The program 
seems small, so I'm considering to take over upstream but I'm not sure at all. 
If I take over upstream I would continue packaging it.

So I will leave this ITP open for a while, if I let the program die upstream, I 
will close it.
