As I am no longer interested in the package, I am seeking a new
maintainer for the vcdtools package. Note that the upstream seems to
have totally disappeared, so anyone taking the package on should be
prepared for that too.

Personally, I suspect that the package is basically obsolete now, mostly
due to DVD writers being much cheaper than they used to be. However, I'm
giving someone the chance to step forward if they do still need the
package. If no-one does respond to this RFA within a month, I'll file
an RM request for the package instead.

Due to the lack of interest, vcdtools has now been removed from unstable.
