I'm the upstream author and the 0.3.1 release is available from
http://joakimandersson.se/projects/colortail/ and I've put the source
code on github http://github.com/joakim666/colortail
Furthermore, Edward Betts <edward@debian.org> used to maintain debian
packages of colortail. I'm not sure when and why it got dropped
though...
