Well, I prepared the mp4v2 packages anyway: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/mp4v2.gitI think, however, that its license (MPL) makes the package mostly useless for linking against all GPL'ed software - which is, well, quite a lot.
If any of the listening DDs find use in this package, please consider uploading anyway.
