  Description     : The V perl library prints the version information of
a perl module without having to load the module.

V prints the version of	the specified module(s). It uses stolen code
from
Module::Info to find the location and version of the specified
module(s).
And can now also be used as a light-weight module for getting versions
of modules without loading the module itself.
