configobj was already adopted[1], bug only uploaded to experimental
due to lenny freeze.

Daniel, please tell us if you're still interested in maintaining it,
if so, please upload to unstable.
Raphael, did you contact Daniel before issuing this bug report?
Carlos, did you check it up with Daniel? wait for Daniel reply (or at
least 2 weeks) before pursuing this ITA further.

On a more general point-of-view: Carlos, what's the point of all the
(sometimes blind, like for gip) ITA you sent today? do you *really*
want to maintain these (so etherogeneus) packages or want only to have
a longer list of packages maintained in your DDPO page? If you don't
care that much about being the responsible for those packages, please
retitle the ITA to O and consider do a QA upload instead.
