Description : iceweasel extension to rid of all toolbars

Hides and restores all toolbars (and optionally tab bar) when toggling full
screen. Useful when you absolutely don't want toolbars, such as for kiosks,
instead of the Firefox 3 toolbar auto-show on mouse-over.

This extension was deprecated because Iceweasel 3.x makes the same
effect after user press F11 key. Then, I will desist to package it.
