Hi,

Debian packages for virt-what 1.1 are available here:

        deb http://pkg-libvirt.alioth.debian.org/packages unstable/amd64/
        deb http://pkg-libvirt.alioth.debian.org/packages unstable/i386/

I also added 2 patches for UML and VirtualBox support for the next release 
(should be integrated upstream). You can find it on Git if you want to test:
