Heyo! I'm the author of deja-dup. Yeah, it was rejected from the NEW queue, because I naively chose the GFDL for the help documentation. After learning about Debian's stance, I relicensed the docs under the GPLv3+. But since then, I haven't been able to get in contact with Jose and deja-dup hasn't been repackaged. -mt
