David Moreno and I spent some time at Debconf preparing a new version of Passenger to address the various issues that ftp master had, and upgraded it to a new version. We uploaded it last night, and it is now in the NEW queue, we'll have to close this ITP after (or if) it is accepted, as well as move it to the proper area in the debian-ruby-extras team area. micah
