Dear Jakub,
In the hope of speeding up and strenghtening the processing of NEW I had a look
at your package. The rationale is explained in the proposal in the following
wiki page: http://wiki.debian.org/CopyrightReview
I realised that the file docutils/setup-docutils-plugin.py has different
redistribution terms than the rest of aafigure:

I do not know if it is grave enough to prevent your package from being accepted
in Debian's main archive. Nevertheless, since re-uploading your package to NEW
will not change its position in the queue, it may be useful to correct this
imprecision.
