We developed Ruby interface to the NetCDF library built on the Narray
library(I want to ITP this library, next).

NetCDF (network Common Data Form)[2] is an interface for scientific
data access and a freely-distributed software library that provides an
implementation of the interface. The netCDF library also defines a
machine-independent format for representing scientific data. Together,
the interface, library, and format support the creation, access, and
sharing of scientific data. NetCDF library package already exists,
like libnetcdf4, libnetcdf-dev...

NArray[3] is an extension library for Ruby that provides fast
calculation and easy manipulation of large numerical arrays with the
Ruby language. Narray package is already exists like libnarray-ruby,
libnarray-ruby1.8...

But Narray can't handling "Missing Values", mean that no data value is
stored for the variable in the current observation. So we developed
Addtional class library to handling "Missing Values" to using
RubyNetCDF library.
