For the record: Asterisk so far made no changes to the libresample code
itself, only to the build scripts, and (like Redhat packaging) adds
documentation hints inside source (which I have stripped as I do not
know its origin).
If you become aware of further changes to the libresample fork in
Asterisk, I would appreciate a notice about it, so that I can
investigate again.
I will not track forks but will treat original source as upstream: Their
URL is still alive and noone else seem to have taken over evelopment.

Stupid me: I investigated Audacious, not Audacity.
Audacity 1.3.7 also contains only changes to build routines.
Thanks for the info, anyway!
