Hi, I have uploaded your version of the package to http://git.debian.org/?p=collab-maint/mupen64plus.git It can be checkout out using: $ debcheckout --git-track="*" -a git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/mupen64plus.git and build with git-buildpackage. Remove the -a during the checkout to get a alioth-read-only copy if you don't have an account on alioth. I have fixed some things but much more would be needed to create a good debian package.
