    Zine is a personal publishing platform written in Python. It is
    written with security and extensibility in mind and inherits many
    ideas of WordPress and other existing blogging systems.

    Zine generates valid HTML 4 pages and AtomPub syndication feeds,
    and uses Unicode for all text. It is simple to get a new site
    running, and is fully extensible via Python plug-ins.
