please file wnpp bugs at the best you could: this, like all the others
you files today, misses a lot of information! reportbug, for example,
provides a template for a reason, please don't skip it

ITP should tell what the package is, why we want it in the archive:
this ITP says nothing. Please stop doing this. Gather this information
at ITP-file time is not a waste of time, it will pay back when you'll
have to add those information when doing the real packaging.
