you are wrong, please read the ITP.
the dat files are the dictionaries for the ocr. the problem which Frank
was pointing out, and which is confirmed by upstream, is that there is
no source available for them.
however, the no-source-available problem is not a problem when putting
cuneiform into non-free instead of main.
therefore, re-uploading 0.6.0~dfsg-1 again, please accept it, thanks.
