Package: libnet0 I intend to orphan the libnet0 package. It is obsolete and should be removed but it still has some rdepends. The package description is: libnet provides a portable framework for low-level network packet writing and handling. Libnet features portable packet creation interfaces at the IP layer and link layer, as well as a host of supplementary functionality. Using libnet, quick and simple packet assembly applications can be whipped up with little effort. With a bit more time, more complex programs can be written (Traceroute and ping were easily rewritten using libnet and libpcap). NOTE: This version of libnet is to be considered obsolete, it is not maintained anymore. Please use libnet 1.1.x instead. cheers, Domenico -----[ Domenico Andreoli, aka cavok --[ http://www.dandreoli.com/gpgkey.asc ---[ 3A0F 2F80 F79C 678A 8936 4FEE 0677 9033 A20E BC50Attachment: signature.asc
