I just noticed this RFP and created some basic packaging for pmw that seems to work; the diff against 4.20 is attached. The fonts are a little messy; pmw ships its own copy of some font metrics that I didn't bother to examine getting rid of, and it also ships two actual fonts which don't fit as well as may be liked into defoma's categories.
