Well, you are inactive from a Debian packaging point-of-view: last
upload was on March 2005 :)

That's not completely true: since the introduction of Debian
Maintainers, even non-DD can be granted upload rights to a subsets of
packages they maintain; it only takes one upload with a particular
control flag set. You might be interested in it.
