I guess 5.3.5 could help?

A Modified Software may be distributed under the CeCILL-C license. In
such a case the provisions set forth in Article 5.3.4 shall be optional.

So, if I modify and distribute, it could be under -C, hence no
5.3.4 mess...  am I reading it correctly? ;)

I didn't get actually how it could completely change the license...

if we resort to 5.3.5, then I guess it is not an issue?
