I find this package name in very poor taste, and think another name should
be chosen.  (I assume it's meant to be read as "web fucker" - I can't
conceive of any other straightforward reading of the name, in English or
German.  Even if that's not the intent, that's certainly how it will be read
by plenty of people.)

There is precedent for naming software with the word "fuck" - 'apt-cache
search fuck' turns up two packages related to the brainfuck language.  I
don't think that precedent should be an excuse.
