Well, I think that without my patch you can't use any extra CFLAGS or LDFLAGS
options.

I don't think debian ftpmasters will reject it, The GPL licence declaration
should be enough.

Anyway you are welcome to co-mantain fspy. If you like I can move the git
repository on collab-maint. Let me know.
