Hi there,
please package glasnost, its a tool to detect BitTorrent traffic manipulation

The goal of our Glasnost research project to make the Internet edge
networks more transparent to end users. To learn more about how the
Glasnost tool works and how we detect BitTorrent blocking

Software dependencies needed :-

1. apache2 with php 4.2 required.
2. libpcap 0.8
3. zlib.

All the dependecies are there in Debian.
