You need to find a sponsor for your package, either some developer you
already know, or by mailing the debian-mentors@lists.debian.org list.

Also, you should retitle this RFA bug to ITA (Intend to Adopt); there's
documentation available on how to do that, in the Developer's Reference
I think.

More importantly, does your package address bug #504726?
