The package has been sponsored into Debian late last month
<URL:http://packages.qa.debian.org/g/gracie/news/20081025T212042Z.html>
sponsored by Gustavo Noronha Silva. You can see its package page at
<URL:http://packages.debian.org/gracie>.

This bug should have been closed automatically at that point, since
the changelog contains a correct hint to that effect; but the upload
message didn't contain that part of the changelog. Gustavo, any
clue why that didn't happen?

Regardless, I'll manually close this bug now.
