Description : driver for Solarflare Solarstorm SFC4000 network controller

This is a network driver which I work on in my day job. A recent
version of the driver for use in-tree is at
<https://support.solarflare.com/netdev/7/netdev-2.6-sfc-2.2.0106.tar.gz>.
This package will use an out-of-tree version of the driver once I've
established which version is suitable for release.
