Anyway I've done with packaging libsylph :-) You can get it from http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/l/libsylph/libsylph_1.0.0-1.dsc I know you are DD and maitainer of sylpheed and its releated packages for a long time, so if you want to maintain libsylph package, it's Okay for me.
