Bug#460308: O: vbetool -- run real-mode video BIOS code to alter hardware state
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal
Hi,
I use this package and want to adopt it. I already have packaged nettee
(a easy network tee program) in mentors.debian.org and i'm waiting for a
sponsor after have corrected all the issues mentionated in the maillist.
Regards,
I intend to orphan the vbetool package.
The package description is:
vbetool uses lrmi in order to run code from the video BIOS. Currently,
it is able to alter DPMS states, save/restore video card state and
attempt to initialize the video card from scratch.
