The upstream package is in pretty poor shape, much of the functionality
doesn't work, or doesn't work well.
Additionally, it is written such that it is hard to put in Debian
-- /usr/local is hardcoded, arch specific stuff in /usr, the Makefile
installs the source etc etc.
Doesn't really seem worth putting in Debian, so I suggest closing the
package.
