Actually the package was finished in a first round, but some licensing
problems were raised by the ftpmaster, and Alex didn't take the time to
sort it out.

Please, feel free to take it over completely. It's been quite some time
since the last action of Alex on this package. And if you have some
time, you could adopt mambo also, which is in experimental?

Unfortunally I don't have the package for joomla anymore (old computer),
but from what I remember, the joomla package was heavily based on the
mambo package.
