Description : Vared allows one to edit the value of an environment
              variable in a readline manner and than it sets or
              updates the variable with its new value in the current
              shell. In short: Vared mimics the functionality of
              zsh's vared, but is usable with sh, bash, (t)csh and
              it is extensible to work with other shells.
