This bug is being filed as an ITP request for the libwaitzar package, which I am also the
maintainer and upstream developer for. This library is required for the scim-waitzar package
(#503891); it provides a cross-platform, fully workable encapsulation of the WaitZar language
model for use by scim-waitzar and by researchers in the field of trigram language models of the
Myanmar language.
