my general suggestion is to use

$ reportbug wnpp

to report ITP package: it will guide you in the fill of the template.

that's wrong: the short description is meant to be in a form like

<package name> {is, is a,} <short description>.

Infer yourself what we expect to see in that field (and can look it up
on dev ref/policy) :)

"my" is referring to you? God? upstream? it's not clear and please
rephrase it to be impersonal/generic.

Please, try to "condense" the description. if you want short sentence,
consider using a list of features or so
