Bug#471822: php-fpdf need maintainer

I am not be able to maintain a project like egroupware but I could
to help for maintain php-fpdf package.

I know the software php-fpdf as well because I use it in more my projects.

I'm starting my Debian experience as Maintainer with phamm project, at this
time I am helped by my sponsor.

I add some notes fpdf.org related:

* new uploader release (v1.6 (2008-08-03))
* could be usefull add another package (php-fpdf-scripts) to
collect some examples in Scripts section in http://www.fpdf.org/
* I like php-fpdf but appears some projects (like TCPDF) from
fpdf.org original source
