What value does this scim-array IM to SCIM.

These are active SCIM packages.  scim-tables seems quite similar.

scim-tables needs care but I see no user asking update.  Since this is
no practical use for Japanese, I am slow acting on updates.

Also if you are interested SCIM in general, will you join and work on
SCIM in general.  That is much more appreciated than adding just another
package by a one-upload-and-MIA maintainer.
